 Mr. Ahsan holds an MBA in Marketing coupled with an M. Sc. in  Statistics, amassing an impressive 26 years of expertise in Program  Management, MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning), and  Knowledge Management systems. His extensive career includes nearly two  decades of dedicated service in USAID projects. Before his tenure at  CARE, he assumed the role of Head of MEAL at Action Contre le Faim (ACF)  / Action Against Hunger. Kamrul has a proven track record of  conceptualizing and successfully executing comprehensive MEAL Plans and  Frameworks, as well as Project Management Plans (PMPs) for projects and  programs spanning a broad financial spectrum, ranging from $30 to $130  million, in collaboration with major donors like USAID, DFID, EU, and  ADB. Beyond his professional achievements, Kamrul boasts a portfolio of  published works. Outside of his professional life, he is a passionate  sports enthusiast, having captained both the Cricket and Football teams  during his time at Jahangirnagar University. 

  Md. Hasanuzzaman is a highly skilled MEAL professional with over 13 years of experience in leading MEAL strategic planning, designing, and implementation. He has strong leadership and management skills and experience working collaboratively with different stakeholders including donors like USAID, CARE USA, UNICEF, Sall Family Foundation and MAC Foundation for implementing Multisectoral approach to improving nutrition and Strengthening Community Health System. Hasanuzzaman has worked different programs on MIYCN, Food security, Climate smart agriculture-based nutrition, Community Based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) and Maternal and Neonatal Care Strengthening Project (USAID's MaMoni).  He is an expert in Government reporting systems like DHIS2, DGFP MIS, SCMPBD, eMIS and eLMIS. Experienced in leading strategic and operational planning, development of national guidelines, BCC materials, budget management, people management for implementation and evaluation.

Md. Hasanuzzaman is a Statistician by education, having completed his graduation and post-graduation in Statistics, Biostatistics and Informatics form Department of Statistics, University of Dhaka. Furthermore, has certification in Fundamentals of GIS basic GIS workflow from department of Geography and Environment, University of Dhaka, MEAL DPro from Humanitarian Leadership Academy, Healthy Ageing for Impact in the 21st Century: Global Online Leaders Training from WHO, M&E Fundamentals, Data Demand and Use from Measures Evaluation. Furthermore, he possesses proficiency in creating online-based data collection systems using tools like ONA, ODK, and SurveyCTO and expert in quantitative data analysis using SPSS, R environment, SAS, Excel, and Power BI. He has participated in several ToT & training sessions at international & national level, facilitated number of capacity building sessions for international, national, project, GoB staffs and leaders.

He also has work experience in humanitarian crisis management and emergency response.

 Mr. Mohammad Alamgir Hossan Patwary is a distinguished ICT expert with a  remarkable track record spanning more than two decades, characterized  by his proficiency in application development and implementation across a  wide spectrum of sectors, with a notable focus on non-profit  organizations. Presently holding the position of ICT Program Coordinator  for the Community Nutrition and Health Activity (CNHA) at CARE  Bangladesh, he leads the charge in spearheading ICT initiatives and  fostering collaborative partnerships with government stakeholders and  consortium associates. Mr. Patwary boasts a rich background in adeptly  managing Management Information Systems (MIS) and tailoring them to meet  the unique needs of projects undertaken by CARE International in Malawi  and Zimbabwe. His skill set extends to crafting innovative online data  collection systems and conducting quantitative data analysis, seamlessly  integrating Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for enhanced insights.  Armed with dual master's degrees in Applied Statistics and Data  Science, complemented by an MBA in Finance, along with certifications in  Data Science and Microsoft Power BI, he brings an invaluable wealth of  knowledge and expertise to the field. Furthermore, his active  participation in the Global MEAL Cohort (GMC) reinforces his commitment  to MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) support  within CARE, where he provides specialized guidance to ensure the  success of diverse projects and programs. 

 Mamun is an experienced development professional with over eight years of expertise in designing, planning, and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems, which include management information systems (MIS) and knowledge management. In July 2023, he took on the role of Manager-MEL and KM at the Health Unit of CARE's USAID-funded Community Nutrition and Health Activity (CNHA). Before this position, he served as the Technical Coordinator-M&E for the HIV Prevention Program (PWID Project) funded by The Global Fund at CARE Bangladesh from 2018. Mamun's previous work experiences also include roles as a Research Associate at the James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University, and as a Research and Advocacy Officer at the Bangladesh National Women Lawyers Association (BNWLA). Mamun is an Anthropologist by education, having completed his graduation and post-graduation in Anthropology from Jahangirnagar University, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. During his tenure at CARE Bangladesh, he contributed to developing knowledge products for the PWID project, some of which have been published on the organization's website blogs and publications section. Additionally, one of his abstracts got accepted at the Harm Reduction Conference 2023 in Melbourne, Australia. As a confident communicator and collaborator, Mamun excels in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. He possesses a strong drive to achieve both individual and team goals.
