  Ms. Nadira Khanam joins the CNHA Project as Advisor-Inclusive Development with a Master’s in Social Science. She is working 24 years on the area of programmatic gender integration specifically. She worked on health, nutrition, women and adolescent’s economic empowerment, informal education, WASH, development of inclusive market system projects of CARE Bangladesh, Save the Children, Concern Worldwide and Cowater International. In additions, she worked with a child protection project of CIPRB. Her work experience covers in designing and conducting qualitative gender studies for USAID and SDC projects. 

 Md. Nazmul Huda is a business analyst with more than 10-years of experience in business modelling, private sector engagement, and market systems development under WASH, renewable energy, humanitarian, urban development, and nutrition interventions. He did his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Khulna University and later completed Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science & Technology University. Md. Nazmul Huda started his career with national and local level non-profit organizations starting from Bangladesh Association for Software & Information Services (BASIS) and later continued with Shushilan and Jagrata Juba Shangha (JJS). Since 2015, Md. Nazmul’s work ranged from city-scale business modelling and planning to national level advocacy in WASH, especially in Faecal Sludge Management (FSM), waste-to-energy, circular economy, humanitarian crisis, and dignified jobs starting from Practical Action and later continued with BRAC, SNV Netherlands Development Organisation and Water & Sanitation for the Urban Poor (WSUP). Md. Nazmul Huda’s notable works include writing of the Chapter 6: Financial Issues for Bangladesh Biogas to Energy Guideline commissioned by SREDA, and Citywide Sanitation Improvement Plan for 30-municipalities under Bangladesh Municipal Wide Sanitation Support Project implemented by DPHE and funded by World Bank and Asian Infrastructure Improvement Bank. Md. Nazmul Huda is also capable in web development, especially with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and he has basic skills on databases like SQL, MongoDB, and Firestore. He has been learning Python for advanced level of data analysis. He also holds a professional certificate on Project Management issued by Google.
